BRWA Projects

The Broad River Watershed Association is involved with the watershed's residents and numerous public and private organizations in several conservation projects. These are some of the major ones:

• The Broad River Watershed Protection Demonstration Project Project will use geographic information systems (GIS) technology to demonstrate the applicability of an inovative watershed planning approach to the Broad River Watershed.

• The Broad River Heritage Trail is envisioned as an interconnected system of land along the River managed to provide protection for the River's resources.

• The Robust Redhorse in peril
