Bolton, the largest of the four meal plan dining centers, is conveniently located near many residence halls. Bolton is known for its beautiful salad bar and its diverse serving lines, including the Arch Oven, Breakfast in a Flash, and the Eating Smart Line, which features low sodium, low fat foods.
