Students
More than 500 students are enrolled in UGA graduate degree programs at the Gwinnett Campus. The number of undergraduate students is decreasing as UGA bachelor’s degree-completion programs offered in Gwinnett are being phased out.

Faculty
UGA classes in Gwinnett are taught by a highly qualified group, including tenured and tenure-track faculty, academic professionals and instructors. All report to the academic unit at UGA’s Athens campus that offers the particular degree program.

Programs of study
UGA’s Gwinnett Campus offers graduate degree programs in selected fields ranging from business administration to social work, as well as a variety of non-credit courses for personal and professional development. UGA no longer offers admission to its undergraduate programs at the Gwinnett location, which will end after spring semester 2008.

Location
UGA programs in Gwinnett are currrently offered at the 177-acre campus shared with Georgia Gwinnett College, just off Highway 316 at Collins Hill Road in Lawrenceville. In May 2008, UGA will move its Gwinnett Campus programs to a new facility at 2530 Sever Road, near the I-85 and Old Peachtree Road interchange.

Admissions
The standards for admission to UGA degree programs offered in Gwinnett are on par with the standards at UGA’s Athens campus.
