Sitting Together
To sit with other subscribers, please include all orders together with your request.
Exchange Privileges for Subscribers
All ticket sales are final and no refunds are possible. Subscribers, however, do have the privilege of exchanging their tickets—no later than 48 hours prior to the performance—for tickets to another performance of their choice in any of our six subscription series (subject to ticket availability). Any price differential plus a nominal service charge must be paid at the time of the exchange.
Special Needs
The Performing Arts Center is accessible to people using wheelchairs or with restricted mobility. For access to handicap parking, enter from River Road at lot E11. Large-print programs are available with advance notice.
Cameras and Recorders
All cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited in Hodgson and Ramsey Concert Halls.
Rentals
Hugh Hodgson Concert Hall, Ramsey Concert Hall, and the Chapel on North Campus are available for rental. For information, please call the Center's administrative offices at (706) 542-1668 between 8am and 5pm weekdays.
Parking
Ample free parking is available adjacent to the Performing Arts Center.
Education and Outreach
The Performing Arts Center offers select master classes and other educational programs with some of our guest artists. For information, please call the education coordinator at (706) 542-2290.
