Single Paper Proposal

Because the chances of single-paper proposals being accepted are relatively small, full session proposals are strongly encouraged. The make-up of proposed sessions are subject to revision and adjustment by the Program Committee.

Please complete this form and submit it to the Program Committee by September 1, 2008. It will be the responsibility of all panelists to apprise the Program Committee and the SHA of any address changes or circumstances that will impinge upon your participation in the conference.

The Executive Council of the SHA supports the rule that people who participate in the program in a given year should not reappear on the program during the two succeeding years except for extraordinary reasons.
