Introduction Research projects in the RNA-Informatics Group include predicting and recognizing complex structures in biological sequences such as RNA pseudoknots. Our approach is based upon computational linguistics. Our research aims at developing effective and efficient algorithms and software systems for structure prediction, structural alignment, and structural homology search.
