All references to “Arch” or “Foundation” are referring to The Arch Foundation for the University of Georgia, Inc., “Arch Office,” “Financial Services Office,” and “Administrative Services Office” are all references to operating units under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer of Arch and the Executive Director of the  Arch.  “University Business Office” operates under the supervision of the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration of the University of Georgia.  “Units” of the University include schools, colleges, divisions, departments, and other organizations identified in the University’s state budget.

All references to “Development,” “Fund-raising,” “Donor Relations” and “Gift Planning” are all references to operating units under the direct supervision of the Associate Vice President for Development and the Senior Vice President for External Affairs of the University of Georgia.
