Supporters of the University set a new record with $77.8 million in gifts and pledges during the 2004 fiscal year; more than doubling the amount that was given 10 years ago. More than 55,000 individuals made financial commitments to the University of Georgia.

 
The Presidents Club

The University recognizes major donors to the Foundation with membership in The Presidents Club. Members are listed below according to membership category.

  
Founders
Founding Members of The Presidents Club are alumni and friends who joined during the first 20 years of its existence. Founding members supported the University of Georgia Foundation with a gift of at least $10,000 over a 10-year period or a commitment of at least $25,000 through a planned gift.

Annual gift: $10,000 or above

The Heritage Society

The Heritage Society honors alumni and friends who have made documented bequests in their wills or other planned gifts in support of the University of Georgia. Planned gifts may be given by charitable gift annuites, wills, pooled income funds, life insurance policies, or charitable remainder trusts.
