Museum hosts ‘Morning of Mindfulness’


The Georgia Museum of Art will host “A UGA Morning of Mindfulness” March 27 at 9:30 a.m. Participants can join the monastics of peace activist, writer and global spiritual leader Thich Nhat Hanh in a morning of guided mindfulness practices. The nuns and monks will offer a brief talk, seated meditations, a walking meditation and a mindful eating experience, which begins at noon.

Men’s tennis to host Vanderbilt


The men’s tennis team will host Vanderbilt University March 27 at 5 p.m. at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.


Arthur Blank to speak in Chapel
Arthur Blank, co-founder of The Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons, will be the guest speaker for the Terry Leadership Speaker Series on March 27 at 10:10 a.m. in the Chapel. The series is presented by the Institute for Leadership Advancement.
