Tate Student Center Theater announces summer movie schedule
ATHENS, GA – The University Union Student Programming Board at the University of Georgia has announced the summer movie schedule for the Tate Student Center Theater. Movies will be shown on Monday and Wednesday evenings in conjunction with first-year orientation sessions.
Dates and titles are as follows:
June 8 & 10 — The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (10 p.m. only)
June 15 & 17 — Fanboys
June 22 & 24 — Paul Blart: Mall Cop
July 6 & 8 — I Love You, Man
July 13 & 15 — Observe and Report
July 20 & 22 — Monsters & Aliens
July 27 & 29 — 17 Again
Showtimes are 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. each evening, except for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which screens at 10 p.m. only. All movies are free for students with valid UGACards who pay activity fees on the Athens campus as well as new students attending orientation sessions at UGA. Tickets are $2 for non-students.
Films are chosen by students who serve on the executive board of the Cinematic Arts Division of the University Union Student Programming Board.
