Zeiss 1450EP variable pressure SEM
The Zeiss 1450EP is a variable pressure tungsten filament SEM with a sample chamber that allows imaging from high vacuum mode to 2,800 Pa. It is equipped with a Debens peltier stage, water injection system, and an Oxford INCA EDS system.
Images can be taken of non-fixed, un-coated and/or wet samples.
