Nikon TE 300 Inverted Microscope and Digital Camera Suite

"Digital System":
This imaging system is comprised of a Princeton Instruments high resolution, cooled CCD camera (a true color Optronics camera is also available) mounted to a Nikon TE 300 inverted microscope. The microscope is equipped for both flourescence and DIC (Nomarski) imaging and has a 35mm camera available. Digital images can be captured on the host Mac G3 computer and imaging software (IP Lab Spectrum) is capable of collecting, storing, and measuring samples.
