Epifluorescence and Confocal Filter Sets available at the Center

Click here for chart of one-photon and two-photon fluorochrome database
Note: this is a database in progress and is subject to corrections, additions and modification.

There are three fluorescence microscopes available. Epifluorescence cube information provided by manufacturers (some Nikon filters manufactured by Chroma
1. Inverted Nikon TE300 with a Princeton CCD camera and conventional film camera attached
2. Nikon Optiphot attached to BioRad confocal system
3. Leica DMRX-E attached to Leica confocal system
Filter sets that can be used in either Nikon microscope are indicated with an asterisk.
