Leica TCS SP2 Spectral Confocal Microscope
with Coherent Ti:sapphire multiphoton laser (Mira Optima 900-F)
The Leica DM RBE upright microscope with laser confocal capabilities are controlled by a NT-based computer. The NT operating system allows each user to log on with user-defined parameter settings. .
There are 7 turrett positions for objectives. The available objectives are dry 10x and 20x, oil 40x and 100x, and a water immersion 63x. There are other specialty lenses available (e.g. long working distance water immersion) once cleared for use.
