UGA to hold Commencement

Roger Hunter of NASA will be the guest speaker at the undergraduate Commencement ceremony Dec. 19 at 9:30 a.m. in Stegeman Coliseum. The graduate ceremony, with professor Gregory H. Robinson speaking, will follow at 2:30 p.m.

Ballet Theatre of Russia to perform ‘Nutcracker'
The Performing Arts Center will present "The Nutcracker" performed by the State Ballet Theatre of Russia Dec. 20 at 4 and 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 21 at 3 p.m. at The Classic Center. Set to Tchaikovsky's beloved music, the production features the same authentic Russian choreography that is performed by Moscow's famous Bolshoi Ballet. Tickets are $15 to $35.
