Reeves Speaks Out in Europe

Tom Reeves
Thomas Reeves, professor in educational psychology and instructional technology, will be presenting in Geneva, Krems (Austria), and Prague in September 2008.

Reeves presented an invited seminar entitled, “The key to successful learning environments,” at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva on Sept. 15. He is working with WHO to prepare training materials for public health personnel in developing countries.

He is giving the keynote address entitled, “Open Learning Requires Open Minds: The Challenge of Online and Blended Learning Environments for 'Generation Me' Students,” on Sept. 18 in Krems, Austria.

Reeves will also give an invited seminar, “Learning From, With, and About Technology into Primary and Secondary Education,” at Prague’s Charles University on Sept. 22.
