Alumna Jacqueline Huffman Named Georgia Marketing Teacher of the Year

Alumna Jacqueline Huffman has been named the 2007-08 Georgia Marketing Teacher of the Year by the Georgia Marketing Education Association (GMEA).

Huffman has been the marketing coordinator at North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee for 10 years and has taught marketing since 1992. She earned an M.Ed. in marketing education in 1994 and an Ed.D. in occupational studies in 2001.

Huffman received a second award for earning Georgia Industry Certification in Marketing for the marketing program at North Gwinnett.

She was recognized at the Georgia Association for Career and Technical Educators (GACTE) annual meeting this past July.
