New look for the Libraries
www.libs.uga.edu
UGA Libraries has redesigned its Web pages to make them easier for users to find what they want. The most significant change is an entirely new feature called the subject guide, which will allow users to find both electronic and print materials by subject. In addition, the new design offers better access to popular resources like the Electronic Journal Locator.
Other changes are more subtle. A list of services has been developed with the student, faculty and general public in mind. Photos and graphics offer visual interest but also guidance in navigating. “Rollover” displays will give viewers more information on the homepage without having to comb through a great deal of text, and a navigation bar at the top of pages will help users move around.
