James Muyskens, chief executive officer of the Gwinnett University Center, will be the speaker at commencement for graduate students at the University of Georgia May 12.
The ceremony, at 2:30 p.m. in Stegeman Coliseum, is for candidates for master’s, doctoral and specialist degrees. An estimated 900 students are eligible to receive graduate degrees.
Commencement for undergraduate students will be held at 9:30 a.m. the same day in Sanford Stadium, or in Stegeman Coliseum in case of rain. Gov. Roy Barnes will speak at the undergraduate ceremony.
