Planning a career and finding one

UGA’s Career Center has launched a redesigned Web site to make it easier for visitors to navigate through the site.
There are links for each category of visitor--students, alumni, employers, faculty and parents. Students can garner advice and learn about job searches, but they can also register for the Career Center’s placement services. Internships, student employment on campus and graduate schools are also covered. Alumni too can register for interviews and job listings.
The faculty section offers brief reviews of Career Center activities so that faculty members can advise students about their options. Prospective employers can find out about career fairs at UGA and about recruiting interns, students and alumni.
