Dealing with threats
www.ps.uga.edu/

The Public Safety Division, working with the Environmental Safety Division and the Office of Biosafety, has added pages to its Web site offering basic advice about handling mail and preventing anthrax contamination. Much of this information is, in fact, common sense (“Do not touch your eyes, nose, mouth, or any part of your face”)--but common sense can be hard to come by in a moment of panic.
The CDC health advisory regarding anthrax is also available locally, on the research office Web site, at www.ovpr.uga.edu/bio/anthrax.html.
