Paperless payroll
Next month, the university monthly payroll will move to the new electronic payroll and electronic leave system for a limited number of departments.
This new paperless system will eventually eliminate the current methods of processing payroll and maintaining employee leave balances and should dramatically speed up processing time. The new system will be brought up gradually over the next few months, and departments will be contacted for the necessary procedures and training sessions.
All other university payrolls will gradually be shifted to the new electronic system after the monthly payroll is completely converted.
Questions should be directed to Expenditure Control (542-6971) or Human Resources (542-4088).
