Anti-Virus @ UGA Web site

It's catching, unfortunately
www.virus.uga.edu

The innocent computer user may find this Web site discouraging. So many viruses! So many ill intentions!
Still, it is handy to have all this updated information in one online spot. This site was developed by EITS to give UGA users easy access to information, anti-virus software, lists of hoaxes and reporting procedures. UGA users should bookmark the site.
The link to the page describing the Klez worm, for example, explains what a bounced “undeliverable” e-mail means--that the infection is on someone else’s machine. There are links to anti-virus software and explanations about installation. A simple electronic form makes it easy to report a possible virus.

UGA Today supports QuickTime, Flash, RealPlayer and Acrobat Reader (PDF files).
