Jones, food service worker I, Georgia Center for Continuing Education, auxiliary operation, 33 years/ 6 months; Joyce M. Placek, budget analyst II, Institute of Higher Education, 17 years/1 month; William I. Segars, professor, crop and soil sciences--Cooperative Extension Service, 23 years/2 months; Rosa L.
