Taste of home cooking

Katie Jackson (left) and her mother, Rosemary, show off a platter of chocolate crown peanut butter squares made with a recipe submitted by Mrs. Jackson for the annual Taste of Home contest sponsored by Food Services. More than 100 recipes--from almond chocolate cake to black bean lasagna--were selected and prepared one day last semester for students eating in Bolton, Oglethorpe, Snelling and McWhorter dining halls.
