Human subjects workshop
The Human Subjects Office of the Office of the Vice President for Research is hosting a national workshop titled “Protecting Human Subjects in the 21st Century: Issues in Social and Behavioral Research” at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education on July 28-30. The workshop is co-sponsored by Spelman College and the Office for Human Research Protections of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The three-day workshop will include several plenary and breakout sessions, including a Human Subjects Training Session that will meet NIH Human Subjects training requirements.
The cost of registration for UGA faculty and students will be subsidized, but those interested should reserve space by registering in advance at 542-3199.

Bulletin board is limited to announcements from campus-based organizations whose membership includes UGA faculty and/or staff.
