Keeping information secure
www.infosec.uga.edu

The Office of Information Security at UGA has recently launched a new Web site, intended to enhance information security by helping faculty and staff increase their awareness of the issues.
The site opens with a collection of links to current news stories dealing with these issues. But there is also a segment devoted to “security incidents,” with an online form for submitting incident descriptions. The menu item “Systems” leads to platform-specific security hints: Mac, Linux, Novell and Windows, with links beyond.
UGA computer-use policies are also available on this site.

UGA Today supports QuickTime, Flash, RealPlayer and Acrobat Reader (PDF files).
Download information about these plug-ins.
