Wellness Clinic moves

The College of Pharmacy Wellness Clinic, formerly in the pharmacy building on Wednesday mornings, has moved to 700 Sunset Dr., Suite 102 (across from Bishop Park in Athens). Services will now be available Monday through Thursday by appointment, in collaboration with Athens Primary Care Family Practice. Services include testing, consulting, immunizations and medication reviews. Call 369-0301 for an appointment.

Movie discount tickets
Discount tickets for the university community for Carmike and Beechwood cinemas are available for $5 from the Tate Student Center cashier’s window (open weekdays 9 a.m.–4 p.m.). The tickets may not be accepted at the theaters for some new releases.

UGA Night at Six Flags
Student Activities and the Alumni Association are sponsoring UGA Night at Six Flags on April 2, 6 p.m.–midnight.

Tickets are $20 for UGA students, alumni, faculty, staff, family and friends, and are available at the Tate Student Center cashier’s window (open weekdays 9 a.m.–4 p.m.) or at 542-8514.

Passport, other photos
The UGACard Office in room 320 of the Tate Student Center will produce passport, immigration, résumé and exam photos for $8 a set of two (and $6 for additional sets of two).

Regular office hours are 9:30 a.m.– 4 p.m. weekdays; hours vary during semester breaks.
For more information, call 542-8074.

Online parking permits
Departmental requests for parking permits can no longer be submitted online. The Parking Services Web site (www.parking.uga.edu) instead provides a PDF form (under the heading Departmental Requests) that can be printed out, completed and submitted by mail, fax or in person.

This change in procedures is a temporary result of software upgrades in Parking Services.
The online submission of departmental requests will probably be available again at the beginning of fall semester 2004.

Bulletin Board is limited to announcements from campus-based organizations whose membership includes UGA faculty and/or staff.
