UGACard office hours
University IDs are made at the UGACard office in room 320
in the Tate Student Center. Cost is $15. Photo identification
must be provided.
Employees and dependents must be included in the appropriate
database before the card can be made; students must complete
OASIS registration first. Cards for dependents require submission
of a request form at least five working days in advance.
The office is regularly open weekdays, 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m.
It will be open from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sept. 4
and will be closed Labor Day, Sept. 6.
The UGACard office also produces passport, immigration and
résumé photos for $8 for a set of two.
For additional information, call 542-8549 or 542-8074. To
report lost or stolen cards, call the Bulldog Bucks office,
542-8257.
New Interlibrary Loan system
ILLiad, software used by libraries worldwide (including numerous
U.S. research libraries) uses the UGACard 14- or 15-digit
barcode to set up a personal account for each patron. This
eliminates repetitive keying of personal information on each
request, and the user can check the progress of transactions,
request renewal of material online and view a history of past
activity on their account.
Links to more information about ILLiad and information about
how to register can be found at www.libs.uga.edu/ill.
For more information, call the ILL office at 542-0643.
Spring class schedule error

are:
Phase IA pre-registration: Thurs., Oct. 21–Mon.,
Dec. 6.
Phase IB pre-registration: Thurs., Dec. 9– Wed.,

will send e-mail notices of the correct dates to all students.
