Staff communicating
Staff Council has set up two e-mail discussion lists for UGA employees.
They are described at this Web site.
The first is called “ugastaff.” It offers a forum where
staff members can discuss and debate issues that are relevant to
members of the university community. It is an unmoderated list,
and discussion of controversial issues can sometimes be heated.
Members also use the ugastaff list for posting information about
local events and activities.
The second list is called “uga-forsale.” Posters notify
other staff members of non-commercial items that are for sale by
staff.
