The new Music Business Certificate program has launched a Web site to spread the word about the interdisciplinary project.

The site offers an overview of what the Terry College of Business program encompasses and what it hopes to accomplish. It also includes links to information about classes designed specifically for the program.

Bruce Burch, a former Nashville songwriter and UGA graduate, started the program last year to develop strong business leaders in the music industry.

The program incorporates knowledge of marketing, economics, history and law related to the music industry.
