Self-service Web site improves its address change feature
A new feature has been added to UGA’s self-service Web site so that individual users may change their home addresses and phone numbers at any time. Home address changes made on the self-service site will be updated in the UGA payroll and personnel database immediately. No personnel report is required for individuals who only need to change their home address or phone number. However, for new employees, home addresses should be completed with the original personnel report.

Correct home addresses are important for employees to receive official UGA communications, including the upcoming mailing of W-2 forms this month.

Phone number or address changes may be made online, at https://employee.uga.edu/FacStaff/index.jsp.

To make a change, log in with your MyID and password, and select “My address.”

Further instructions on submitting a home address change are located at the payroll department’s Web site, http://www.busfin.uga.edu/payroll/address_change.html.

To comment or report problems with the process, select the “Leave feedback” link on the self-service site.
