Campus Pulse
What’s the longest line you’ve stood in this year?
“I waited in line for about half an hour at the campus bookstore just to get a lab fee card. When I was a freshman they used to distribute the cards upstairs and there wasn’t such a long line.”
“I got in line for football tickets at
7 p.m. on Sunday night and got out of line at 12 the next day. I was in line for a total of 16 hours. It was actually a lot of fun with everybody camping out at the coliseum before classes on Monday.”
“I stood in line over the summer at the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth, England. The line lasted for about 10 minutes. I believe some of the lines here at UGA go on all day.”
“I was in the check-out line at the College Station Kroger for
10 minutes. I heard a student on the bus say her roommate got in line for football tickets at 4:30 a.m. and was still in line at
3 p.m.the next day so I feel very fortunate.”
