Sharing strategic plans

The Web site for UGA’s Office of Strategic Planning offers a section where university units can post their draft strategic plans.
Currently the College of Education and the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication have posted draft versions of their plans, although the education college plan is not publicly accessible.
To see the journalism college plan, click on the link for “Interactive Strategic Planning” on the strategic planning site and then on “Unit Plans and Discussion,” or send your browser directly to www.strategicplanning.uga.edu/discuss/users/openunitoptions.asp and choose “View Unit Objectives.” The viewer will learn that the journalism college is considering four broad objectives: lifelong learning, a new media institute, multiculturalism and graduate education.
Units that wish to post their draft plans can contact the strategic-planning office for assistance (542-2558; planning@uga.edu).
