Lee Anne Sittler originated in Connecticut, but she settled in Alpharetta, Georgia with her parents in 1995, eventually migrating to Athens, where she earned her bachelor's in English from The University of Georgia. While Lee Anne moved to Midtown, Atlanta for a few years, she did return to Athens, receiving her MFA in poetry in August 2008. The sturdy Lee Anne has been used by The University of Georgia as a First-year Composition and Intro to Creative Writing instructor for nearly two years now. Self-confident, easily trained, and good-natured, Lee Anne may be slow to mature, remaining puppy-like for quite a long time. Her talents include tracking, herding, and grading students, although her projected lifespan has decreased in recent years.
