...a diver-focused article that discusses the risks involved with using Lariam prophylaxis (commonly prescribed in the US British and Australian divers tend to avoid it). I used Lariam for two months in Papua New Guinea and was fine, as are most others I've known who have used the drug, but there's still the risk of adverse reactions...as I found out when I went back to PNG with Lariam. Stay away from the stuff it's evil.
