Graduate Assistant for English

I am a PhD student in Linguistics at UGA, and my areas of specialization include American English and English lexicography. When I have free time, I enjoy searching for new words (not recognized by recent major dictionaries) as well as unknown uses of older words (often historically early uses) within several of UGA's GALILEO family of databases. In previous semesters I have tutored writing for DAE in Milledge Hall, residence halls, and the SLC.
