The Milledge Hall Learning Center provides help with math, writing, and academic anxiety.
Math
Drop-in tutoring is available for these classes, computer tutorials, and using TI-83 calculators.
Writing
Appointments are available in the Milledge Hall Learning Center for assistance with writing assignments, application essays, and personal statements. Regents’ Exam essay test preparation is also available. ESL specialists are available for international students.
Counseling
Appointments are available for academic counseling (for example, for test anxiety and performance anxiety); to recognize and understand learning styles and personality styles, and to explore career options.
