Considering withdrawing from MATH 1113, MATH 1101, OR ENGL 1101?
Concerned with your progress in MATH 1113, MATH 1101, or ENGL 1101 so far this semester? Don't withdraw from the course. You can still save the hours this semester and receive 3 hours elective degree credit by requesting a section change to UNIV 1110, UNIV 1108, or UNIV 1105.
MATH 1101 to UNIV 1108UNIV 1108: Introduction to Data Analysis - An introduction to the concepts of analyzing and describing data using statistics, mathematical models, and other quantitative tools. Emphasis is placed on conducting the analysis and interpreting the results.
MATH 1113 to UNIV 1110UNIV 1110: Introduction to Pre-Calculus - A review of the algebra concepts essential to student success in MATH 1113. Topics include factoring, solving equations and inequalities, rational, radical, exponential and logarithmic functions, and graphing.
ENGL 1101 to UNIV 1105UNIV 1105: Improving Grammar, Usage, and Style - Reviews conventions of grammar, usage, punctuation, and sentence structure in order to help students edit their papers more effectively and to write in a clearer style.
