- Who can receive these services?
- Any student who lives in campus housing.
- How do I sign up for tutoring in the residence halls?
- There's no need to sign up; simply go to the tutoring room (the people at the front desk can tell you where) Monday through Wednesday between 7-10PM for help with chemistry and math. Tutors for these subjects rotate between Brumby, Creswell, and Russell Halls Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights each week. - To provide academic support for students in a location that's convenient for them.
- What if the academic support services I need aren't available in my residence hall?
- Visit the Milledge Hall Academic Center (the MAC) for free tutoring by appointment, drop-in math tutoring, drop-in physics study sessions, or assistance with reading rate or reading comprehension improvement, or contact Tina Venus, the Academic Coordinator for Housing, or Tatiana Nikonov, the MAC Coordinator, to find out if the service you need is available.
