1995 Awards and Scholarships



The National Leadership Award
The National Leadership Award is the highest honor that members of the Delta Epsilon Iota National Honor Society are eligible for at the chapter level. In order to be eligible for the National Leadership Award, members of each chapter must show an overwhelming dedication toward leadership, academics, and extra curricular activities within their local community, and college or university which they attend.

The Academic Excellence Award
The Academic Excellence Award is one of the most coveted awards available to members of the Delta Epsilon Iota National Honor Society. The Academic Excellence Award is an acknowledgment of exceptional academic performance. All four recipients have maintained a perfect 4.0 grade point average at the University of Georgia.

The Delta Achievement Award
The Delta Achievement Award is in recognition of high academic achievement and extracurricular activity. To be eligible for this award and scholarship, members of each chapter must demonstrate the highest dedication to their community, and college or university which they attend. They must illustrate an exceptional enthusiasm and initiative by participating in a wide variety of academic and social functions.
