Bob Boehmer

| Bob
Boehmer was named associate provost for Institutional
Effectiveness in January 2002. He came to UGA
in 1989 as a faculty member in legal studies
in the Terry College of Business. During his
UGA career he has won numerous teaching awards,
served as co-director of UGA’s Lilly Teaching Fellows Program, and
has been active on University Council, where he
worked on revising UGA’s academic honesty
policy. He directed UGA’s 1999-2000 self-study
and worked on the 2000-2010 institutional strategic
plan. He holds a doctor of jurisprudence degree
from the University of Oregon. |

Allan
Aycock

| Allan
Aycock has worked at UGA since 1994, first as
an academic advisor, then as a degree program
specialist in the Franklin College of Arts and
Sciences. He moved to the Office of the Vice
President for Instruction in 2000 as coordinator
for program reviews and undergraduate majors assessment and joined the Office
of Institutional Effectiveness in 2005. He holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications
from UGA's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication and a master's
degree in Writing from the City College of New York.

Jan Wheeler

Jan Wheeler joined the OIE Staff in July, 2008, after working at UGA for the Office of Performing Arts, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and the Institute of Higher Education. Jan holds a doctorate in higher education from UGA and a master's in business administration from Indiana University. Before coming to UGA in 1996, Jan was executive director of the Young Women's Christian Organization of Athens and an investment officer with Bank One Trust Company. |

David Jordan

| David Jordan joined the OIE staff in January 2008. After completing his Ph.D. in English at the University of Georgia in 1994, he taught English for Florida Atlantic University, the University of Colorado at Denver, and Colorado Mountain College, where he was also Chair of the Assessment Committee. His areas of concentration are assessment of student learning in general education, undergraduate majors, and graduate programs. |

Julie Noelke

Julie Noelke joined the OIE staff in March 2008. She completed her M.Ed.
in Counseling at the University of Georgia in 1991. Her previous work experience includes serving as the coordinator for educational programs for the Department of Ocean Engineering at Florida Atlantic University, the director of education at the Miami Seaquarium, and the director of the Advising Center in the Division of Academic Enhancement at UGA. Her primary responsibilities for OIE include coordinating all program and support unit reviews. |

Dave Ruggless is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Adult Education and plans to graduate in August of 2008. His research interests include spirituality and culture in adult education, qualitative research methodologies, cross-cultural mentoring relationships, and adult learning and development. |

Adam Wyatt

Adam Wyatt is currently in his first year of the Ph.D. Program in the Institute of Higher Education. His research focuses on organizational management and planning, state and federal accountability policies, and comparative and international education with a particular emphasis on Western and Eastern Europe. |
