Dr. Woodall teaches the course EHSC 8120 Roles and Responsibilities of Environmental Policy Makers that covers the role of science, engineering, law, economics, grass roots activism, and the legislative and regulatory process in the development of environmental policy. He is retired from the Southern Company where he served as their Vice President for Environmental Policy.
