The mission of the Event Management Office, located on the 2nd floor of Tate Student Center, is to provide support for events held in our facilities.  We make reservations for the Tate Student Center, Memorial Hall Ballroom, Memorial Hall and Legion Field.

The Event Management Office is also responsible for the reserving the following:

• Tate Stage and Plaza
• Tate Lawn
• Tate table spaces
• Wooden banner boards
• Tate breezeway banners
• Street painting
• Marquee Messages
• Student Affairs van rentals

We offer a variety of services including room set-ups, audio and visual equipment, tables, chairs, staging, etc.  For specific information about these spaces and services, please read our policy guide.
