The mission of the Event Management Office, located on the 2nd floor of Tate Student Center, is to provide support for events held in our facilities. We make reservations for the Tate Student Center, Memorial Hall Ballroom, Memorial Hall and Legion Field. |
We offer a variety of services including room set-ups, audio and visual equipment, tables, chairs, staging, etc. For specific information about these spaces and services, please read our policy guide.
*****ATTENTION UGA DEPARTMENTS AND STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS*****
Beginning in the Fall semester, University departments and student organizations will be able to use Virtual Event Management System (Virtual EMS) to make reservation requests with the Event Management Office. Virtual EMS will allow you to view facility availability and submit requests online and also see your existing reservations in real time. The new system is more efficient and allow for a faster turn around and response time.
Each registered student organization will be allowed NO MORE THAN three members (the president + up to two other members) that can make reservations on their behalf. Once you have successfully submitted the reservation authorization, you may click here to request access to Virtual EMS. |
