The Event Management Office is proud to introduce Virtual Event Management System! Virtual EMS is our online reservation request system. Authorized users are able to view facility availability in real time, submit requests online, and keep track all of their requests and reservations. Virtual EMS access is only available to UGA departments and Student Organizations registered for 2008-2009. Non profit and commercial organizations must contact the Event Management Office at 706-583-8021or emo@uga.edu to inquire about reservations.
