Ten tables spaces, located between and near the Tate Student Center and
University Bookstore, are available for rental. They are available to reserve
Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The rental fee ($6 for
student organizations and university departments, $25 for United States Armed
Forces and governmental agencies) entitles an organization to one of the ten
spaces, a 4-foot table and 2 chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available
at an additional cost (no more than two 4 foot tables and 4 chairs may be
placed on any one space). Table spaces are not reservable on weekends, but are
available on a limited basis on football gameday Saturdays.
The organization is responsible for signing tables and chairs out and in with
the Event Management Office on the day of their reservation. A $20 retrieval
fee will be charged for any abandoned tables or chairs.
Any organization wishing to set anything on a table space other than tables
and chairs must receive approval in advance. |
