Museum to offer tour
The Georgia Museum of Art will have a tour of highlights from the permanent collection May 27 at 2 p.m.
Legion Pool is open for the summer
Legion Pool is now open for the summer season. Hours of operation are 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through July 31 and 3-7 p.m. Aug. 1-13. Admission is $3 for students, $4 for faculty and staff, $3 for children ages 3-15 (who must be accompanied by an adult) and $5 for guests and members of Friends of Campus Life.
Caroline Aiken to open Sunflower Series
Award-winning singer-songwriter Caroline Aiken will open this year's Sunflower Music Series with a show on June 2 at 7 p.m. at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia. Aiken recently performed on NPR's "Mountain Stage" and in the past toured with the Indigo Girls. The Twangtown Paramours from Nashville will open the show. Tickets are $15, or $5 for children ages 6-12.
