ServSafe®
Effective February 2008, the State of Georgia will require each food service establishment to employ one manager who has passed a food safety exam that is accredited by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Here at University of Georgia Food Services our customers safety is a number one priority, and we are proud to exceed the States minimum requirements by requiring ALL of our managers to maintain a current ServSafe® Food Protection certification, a CFP accredited program administered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
