Poppyseed Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken or 6 chicken breast (cooked & cubed)
  • One 10 ¾ oz can cream of chicken soup
  • One 10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • One 8 oz carton sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp poppyseeds
  • 1 ½ stacks Ritz Crackers (crushed)
  • 1 stick (4 oz) margarine (melted)
  • 1 tsp poppyseeds

Yield: 6 servings
Spread cubed chicken in 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine soups, sour cream,
lemon juice and 2 teaspoons poppyseeds. Pour over chicken. Mix
together crushed crackers, margarine, and additional 1 teaspoon
poppyseeds. Distribute crumb mixture over chicken. Bake at 350°F
for 30-40 minutes.
